Available No-Cry Sleep Solution Support Groups

Support from and contact with others using the No-Cry Sleep Solution have been invaluable to the parents who have achieved sleep success using the Pantley method. Sometimes just knowing that other bleary-eyed parents are out there can make all the difference. Share your ideas, successes, questions, and laments in any of the support groups that have been springing up since the book's publication!

Below you'll find those groups of which I'm aware, as well as brief descriptions provided by the list owners. Please note that I neither own nor moderate these groups...but I wholeheartedly applaud their existence.

No Cry Sleep (Yahoo): An updated link for a group that outgrew its first URL! You'll find extensive archives of all kinds of topics related to the No-Cry Sleep Solution, including many detailed success stories, a lot about nightweaning, specific sleep environment things, husband comforting tips, etc. (Find them in the "links" section of the site.)

No-Cry Discussion (Yahoo): “This group is for Amity Mamas interested in discussing gentle ways of teaching our babies healthy sleep habits. We will primarily be discussing Elizabeth Pantley's book The No-Cry Sleep Solution. It is important to respect each other's differences and recognize that all babies AND mamas are unique, and what works for one may not work for another. No flaming will be tolerated in this group. Let's be supportive of one another!” 

No Cry Sleep Solutions (Sheknows.com) We created our No Cry Sleep Solutions board because of a number of requests we received from our members who have read
Elizabeth's book, follow her advice, and wanted support from other message board members who also know and understand this book and use it or have used
it to help calm their babies.
